Matt has amassed 25 years’ experience in software development, working on high profile projects for world-renowned organisations, before founding Talk Think Do in 2014. Employed first as a developer and then as a solutions architect, Matt’s career has spanned working for Barclays, Transport for London, the Department of Education, Fitness First, Avios and several Formula 1 teams. Today, his focus is on the direction of Talk Think Do, growing the business by developing strategic partnerships and building the technical capability of the team.
Dan’s extensive technical knowledge spans several years working across a variety of different sectors, with his expertise honed through his work on a series of industry-defining digital projects. As CTO of Talk Think Do, Dan is instrumental in not only leading the company in strategic technical direction and crucial research and development; but also building flourishing relationships with our technical partners, notably Microsoft, where his career first started.
As COO Louise is responsible for the direction and coordination of the business, ensuring the smooth operation of every aspect of the organisation, ultimately enabling us to always deliver excellence for our customers. Louise has spent over 15 years working in IT change management, from software testing to project & programme management. This includes the successful delivery of many large scale complex projects, giving her the skills and experience needed to direct the operations here at Talk Think Do.
